Pastor Mike Eccleston

Having received Christ by faith as his Savior at 24, Mike went to Bible college two years later. Upon receiving his Bachelor's degree, he went to Great Falls, Montana. He planted an independent church and was it's pastor for four years. He then went to graduate school at Bob Jones University in Greenville, SC and received his Master's degree. His second pastorate is his present position. He pastors an independent, fundamental Baptist church in Titusville, FL that he started in 1990. During that ministry, he earned his doctorate degree in 1998.
Mike met his wife, Linda, on a providential flight from Dallas, TX to Miami, FL and married her in 1968. She was instrumental in his salvation before they married. They have three children, Christine, Michael, and Karen. All three have gone to Christian colleges and received their degrees. Two of the three children are married. Both Linda and Mike enjoy the time they have to kayak, mountain bike (on flat FL terrain), or go fishing with their children.
It has been Mike's ever present interest for the delicate ministry of sports to be used for the Lord's honor and glory. With the goal of winning the lost to Christ and then getting them into sound and uncompromising local churches.
